By purchasing a product, accessing our website, or using our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase our products or use our website.
1. Not Veterinary or Medical Advice
KoeFormula is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Nothing on our website, in our eBook, on our product labels, or in any communication from us constitutes veterinary, medical, or professional health advice.
- All content, protocols, and product information reflect a personal account and independent research, not a clinical study, peer-reviewed publication, or veterinary consultation.
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian before starting any new supplement, changing your dog's diet, or making any change to an existing treatment plan — especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, or currently taking medication.
- Do not discontinue or alter any prescribed medication for your pet without direct guidance from your veterinarian. Nothing in our materials should be interpreted as advice to stop, reduce, or replace veterinary-prescribed treatment.
- If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on our website, eBook, or products in an emergency situation.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Individual results vary. Any outcomes, experiences, or timelines described in our materials — including our own dog's documented history — are a single personal account and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of results for your animal. Every dog is different, and factors such as underlying health conditions, genetics, diet, environment, and concurrent treatment all affect outcomes in ways we cannot predict or control.
We make no claims that our products will prevent, treat, cure, or mitigate any disease, condition, or symptom in your pet.
3. FDA Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. KoeFormula is marketed as a nutritional supplement for dogs, not a drug or medical treatment.
4. Product Use and Dosing
Dosing guidance provided on our label, website, or eBook is general guidance based on body weight and is not individualized veterinary guidance for your specific animal. You are solely responsible for:
- Confirming appropriate dosing with your veterinarian before use
- Monitoring your pet for any adverse reaction after introducing any new supplement
- Discontinuing use and consulting a veterinarian immediately if you observe any unusual symptoms, behavior changes, or signs of an adverse reaction
Some ingredients in our formulation, including B6, may accumulate with repeated use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
5. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products contain specific ingredients, including but not limited to wild herring, methylated B vitamins, taurine, magnesium, and glycine. It is your responsibility to review the full ingredient list on the product label before use and to consult your veterinarian if your pet has known allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.
6. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any outcome resulting from the use of our products or the application of information contained in our eBook or website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartland Pet Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products, website, or content — including but not limited to any harm, illness, injury, or death of your pet, veterinary expenses, or any other loss — regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Digital Products (eBook)
The KoeFormula eBook is sold as a digital download for personal, non-commercial use only. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own reference. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the eBook content in whole or in part without our express written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final except where required otherwise by law. See our Refund Policy for details on the physical supplement product.
9. Physical Products (Supplement)
Availability. The KoeFormula supplement is currently in pre-launch status pending completion of FDA facility registration. Purchase links for the physical product are not active until this process is complete. Once available, the following terms apply.
Shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds. Because the KoeFormula supplement is a consumable product intended for ingestion, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used product, for the safety and hygiene of all customers.
- Unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact us before returning any item.
- Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Adverse reactions: if your pet has any adverse reaction to the product, discontinue use immediately, consult your veterinarian, and contact us — see Section 1 and Section 4 above.
Storage. Once received, store the product in a cool, dry place, out of direct light, as indicated on the product label. We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our eBook — including text, graphics, the KoeFormula name and logo, and product formulations — is the property of Heartland Pet Wellness LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
